I just finished watching the new Tarzan movie and I really recommend ;)
a new lesson i’m learning lately is how to preserve and maintain my inner peace, to remain calm, to remain relaxed, to exhibit more patience and understanding. mainly while being in environments and surrounded by people who intentionally or unintentionally, will try to disrupt it.
don’t feel like you have to hide these things. 🌸
This is legit so Important to remember, I spent most of growing up dressing like a Victorian, covered head to toe because I didn’t like these things about me and I thought it made me ugly and I wasn’t normal and because the people around me didn’t speak about it and neither did i, I was under some illusion that the rest of the world was perfect and I was an anomaly. Which obviously isn’t how it works. It’s so important to love yourself the way you are and encourage self love in other people💖✨
